- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, utilizing a strong understanding of the relevant systems and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations and prompt resolution of maintenance concerns.
- Execute preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and ensure optimal functionality of equipment.
- Utilize technical documentation, schematics, and manuals to aid in maintenance activities.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and commissioning of new equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including completed tasks, materials used, and time expended.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician with specialization in one or more of the following areas: Electrical, Mechanical, PLC, Robotics, CNC, and Die Casting.
- Exceptional knowledge of Die Casting processes is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in casting tool repair and tool shop operations is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively diagnose and address maintenance issues.
