MCM Staffing is Hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist (Temp) Near Canton, MI
Location: Canton, MI
Shift: 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday
Pay: $20/hour - PAID WEEKLY!
- Process and distribute customer invoices
- Post payments to accounts receivable ledger on a timely basis
- Ensure accuracy of invoice amounts and customer payments
- Communicate with customers regarding payment status and resolve any issues
- Update invoice pricing as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- This position is temporary and has an estimated duration of 6 to 8 weeks.
- College level accounting courses
- 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, account payable, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to twenty-five pounds at times.
