Position Summary

Responsible for organizing and scheduling workers to ensure that their assigned area of responsibility is fully staffed on each work shift.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities :

• Implement, adjust, and maintain staff schedules, ensuring area of responsibility is covered.
• Develop work schedules by allocating employees in shifts and positions.
• Collaborate with payroll to ensure correct employee compensation.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.
• Prepare and submit reports on staffing operations.
• Work with department leaders to determine positions needing to be filled so that staffing requirements are met.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; review professional publications; establish personal networks;

participate in professional societies.

Perform other related duties as required and directed.

Qualifications : Required :

Required :

Associate's degree (A.A) or equivalent in business, human resources or related field.

Preferred :

• Bachelor's degree.
