Rx Savings Solutions is looking for an innovative, passionate, and driven Product Manager with experience in Medicare. This new role will be responsible for product planning and launch of our SaaS products through the lifecycle of the business and ensures financial and consumer satisfaction goals are met with these products. This will be accomplished by defining the vision for the product, and collaborating with other leaders from the engineering, marketing, sales, and operations departments. The position defines, launches, and facilitates profitable product solutions ensuring price specifications that each target market segment demands. The Product Manager is responsible for the achievement of growth objectives including revenue, profitability, client satisfaction and ROI.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate market needs, competitive environment and remain up to date on information relevant to product development, with an emphasis on Medicare, quality, and member outcomes experience.
Establishes and manages a strategic product roadmap that achieves both business objectives and customer value.
Leads teams throughout the lifecycle of a product initiative, from discovery, prioritization, cross-team alignment and launch.
Defines and communicates the why of product direction and business need to the broader company, and can adjust communication to different levels, from executive leadership to a tactical project team.
Coordinate pricing for products and solutions in consideration of the strategy.
Partners with cross-functional teams on the business definition, requirements gathering, and go-to-market strategy of product functionality.
Collaborate on internal and external product message, marketing materials, and product launch.
Identify and respond to market need for product enhancement and versioning.
Demonstrates full competence and acts as a subject matter expert in relevant product area, including the business strategy, customer needs, and market analysis, with a focus on access and affordability to meet market demand.
Understands product data, analytics, and customer research, synthesizing and applying insights to prioritize and define success of initiatives.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in related field; Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
Minimum 4 years of demonstrated success in a product management, product strategy, product development, or business integration role.
Experience working in various technology development environments with relevant experience in data integration solutions, data investigation, and analysis of Medicare outcomes data.
Strong understanding of business financial metrics.
Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and goals.
Proven ability to build momentum for new products across sales, marketing, and operations organizations.
Relevant background in market research, Medicare coverage, and quality measures.
Experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefits, SaaS technology, and data analysis.

Proven ability to research and understand the targeted markets, clients and competition.
Critically and objectively analyze market needs, pain points, and desires in a concise and compelling fashion.
Ability to understand market and customer needs and translate those needs into viable product solutions.
Proven ability to launch products and innovate within a field.
Forecast product needs and results including financial planning, resourcing, sales projections, and marketing needs.
Seek out new or alternative ways of delivering and creating products that provide an engaging and outcome-oriented experience.
Ability to effectively manage time and maintain an organized set of records.
Provide reports that are related to relevant business unit concerns.
Proficiency with MAC including Microsoft, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent leadership and internal communication skills.
Ability to set goals, build effective agendas, and lead successful meetings.
Demonstrable creativity for problem solving.

As part of Total Rewards, we are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at CoverMyMeds. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
Our Base Pay Range for this position
