Schedule:

• Sunday: 6:00pm start time

• Monday through Thursday: 7:00pm start time

• Overtime as required

Job Summary: This position performs a variety of task which may include but is not limited to the below:

• Comply with all applicable FDA, DEA, cGMP and all other regulatory mandates and company procedures.

• Inbound processing (signs/unloads product, separates products, checks receipts, receives into WMS, runs and confirms reports, logs issues, puts product away.) 

• Processes returns and warehouse transfers

• Outbound processing (Wave planning, order picking, order verification, packing, staging, loading)

• Confirms all daily inbound receipts/outbound shipments are completed for all accounts by designated carrier and required times; communicates issues with IT, mgmt., other departments, etc.

• Supply Management (monitors DC supplies; takes inventory of DC supplies and submits to IS weekly)

• Evaluates and make decisions on various daily activities; ability to multi task and carry out instructions

• Maintain a scheduled sanitation program for daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly activities

• Trains and evaluates progress of new/existing employees

• Interacts professionally with and communicates effectively with others

• Opens and/or closes the facility

• Assists with office problems/ needs (paper supplies, cleaning supplies, transports packages etc.)

• Operates all MHE equipment safely and effectively

• Oversee the productivity level of all workers and assign each worker to specific tasks based on the maximum output.

• Ensures that all documents are accurately signed for proper documentation and ensures processes are being followed correctly.

• Works closely with Inventory Services to resolve inventory discrepancies (shortages/overages/damages/ and product disposition)

• Manages and works all WAMs related to the DC.

• Oversees special projects/labeling/kitting

• Oversees the day to day operations. Directs team members, daily volume and productivity. Reports all issues and concerns to management.

• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

• Must interact with other employees, supervisor, and manager. Some external contact with couriers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Typically requires 5 years of related experience

Additional Qualifications:

• Warehouse experience, including operating various types of powered equipment.

• Must have a positive attitude and promote teamwork.

• Ability to lead a warehouse team through daily task with little to know supervision

• Excellent attendance and time management skills

• Must possess the ability to correctly input data into the computer, able to communicate effectively with customers and vendors whether in person, on the telephone or through email correspondence.

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents or technical procedures. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. 

• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

• SAP experience a plus; prefer previous warehouse experience working in a Healthcare or cGMP environment
