Job Description:

The Associate Business Analyst is working closely with Admin across all GPO Partners to manage customer implementation and issue resolution. He or she is also handling communication with the GPO and acting as back up to Sr Business Analysts as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Identifies, analyzes, researches and resolves business process issues and makes appropriate recommendations 
• Act as a liaison with all areas of GPO communication
• Manage issue resolution
• Manage customer implementation

Minimum Requirements

0 to 2 years of relevant experience

Critical Skills

• 2 years in financial or accounting experience
• Strong level of experience with SQL
• Strong level of experience with Salesforce
• Advanced level of experience within Microsoft Excel
• Outstanding level of organization and prioritization in a multitasking and highly deadline driven dynamic

Additional Knowledge & Skills

• GPO knowledge strongly preferred
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong statistical and mathematical aptitude
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Strong problem solving/root cause analysis

Education

• HS Diploma or equivalent required
• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience strongly preferred
