Job Description:

The Registered Architect is a highly accountable and results-oriented professional who is responsible for leading the A/E team through the design build projects and supporting our subcontractors with design bid build projects. The role will be responsible for performing technical tasks, interacting with the customer, and providing data to the executive team to understand the status of the project and identify issues requiring resolution.

Duties:

  • Coordinate between the owner and our A/E team for design build projects
  • Provide review and approval of drawings, specifications and material selections
  • Support the field team with RFI responses and material selections
  • Maintain all project records and monitor correspondence
  • Review change orders from subcontractors
  • Schedule and facilitate all project meetings required to successfully coordinate work activity
  • Have thorough knowledge of all major project issues and priorities
  • Develop close out documents of project
  • Train and develop direct reports utilizing on the job and internal and external training or development opportunities
  • Participate in proposals and presentations as requested

Requirements:

  • Must have US Work Authorization. Sponsorship is NOT available for this position
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced computer skills required including proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets
  • Bachelor degree in Architecture
  • Minimum of 3 years of Architectural experience
  • Experience managing projects successfully from start to finish
  • Good with numbers and figures, and an analytical acumen
  • Must be proactive and solution oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the team
  • Detailed-oriented, quality and precision focused
  • Outstanding attention to detail and time management
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Well-organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
