Job Description:

The Contracts Coordinator is a highly accountable and results-oriented professional who is responsible for leading the generation and administration of subcontract agreements. The role will be responsible for performing technical tasks, interacting with the customer, and providing data to the team to understand the status of the project and identify issues requiring resolution.

Duties:

  • Generate subcontract agreements
  • Confirm receipt and follow up on subcontract agreements and required documents
  • Input subcontractor information in corporate tracking system
  • Review subcontractor requests with team to limit corporate exposure
  • Send notices referencing the subcontract

Requirements:

  • MUST be based in the United States
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and integrity
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets
  • Proactive and solution oriented
  • Able to work independently and as part of the team
  • Detailed-oriented, quality and precision focused
  • Outstanding attention to detail and time management
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Well-organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
