About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our TEAM as a Scheduling Coordinatorwith McKenney Home Care. As a leading home care provider in Venice, FL, we are dedicated to providing top-quality care to our clients and creating a positive work environment for all of our employees.
Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Client and Caregiver schedules, ensuring all shifts are properly staffed
• Communicate with Clients and Caregivers to coordinate schedules and address any scheduling conflicts
• Help answer incoming calls and text messages from Clients and Caregivers
• Collaborate with the TEAM to ensure client needs are met and schedules are optimized

Requirements:

• Prior experience in scheduling, staffing, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Ability to work both independently and as a TEAM
