Create and maintain schedules for home healthcare aides (staff).
Arrange schedules for clients and patients based on healthcare plans and staff availability.
Handle changes in daily schedules by reaching out to healthcare providers and clients.
Ensure accuracy and proper maintenance of scheduling systems.
Data Management:
Maintain statistics and reports related to both staff and patients.
Enter and update client and staff information in database
Client Relations:
Build professional relationships with clients to enhance service delivery.
Maintain confidentiality and respect patients’ privacy.
Communication:
Keep the team manager informed about any schedule conflicts.
