About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated LPN to join our team at McKenney Home Care! As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. We service Sarasota, Venice, North Port and all surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Monitor and report changes in the client's condition to the RN
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
• Document all care provided and communicate with the care team

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in the state of Florida
• Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance & Transportation
• Compassionate and patient-centered demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
