McKeever RV is Americas faster growing family-owned RV Dealership, we are seeking a Quality Finance Manager in Corbin KY. We are a rapidly growing dealership with locations in Corbin KY, Sweetwater TN & Raleigh NC and more to come. We sell RV’s, Horse Trailers, Boats, Cargo & Dump Trailers and have a busy parts and service departments as well.

Position Description: The Finance Manager is responsible for producing additional revenue for the dealership by selling finance products for customers. You will also be a back up to the sales manager. Must comply with information security program. Must present a professional appearance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Establish and maintain positive working relationships with all sources of finance and insurance products, and otherwise.

· Submit proper documentation to obtain approval for all possible finance transactions.

· Work with sales management to establish and maintain a program that will ensure a 100-percent turnover to the Finance & Insurance department.

· Work with General Sales Manager to secure a reasonable profit from each transaction.

· Establish forecast for finance department in conjunction with sales department to achieve a desired percent of penetration and income.

· Verify the accuracy of all title, lien information, taxes, and other documents on customer paperwork.

· Ensure accuracy of customer information in dealership data bases (including e-mail addresses).

· Package and submit deals to the lenders for funding

· Forward completed deals to office in a timely manner.

· Prepare monthly reports on finance penetration and products sold.

· Keep sales management up to date with regard to rates and products.

· Complete all training certifications as directed by management.

· Follow policies and procedures as set forth in the Personnel Policy Manual and company policies.

· Training and providing the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealerships financing and extended service programs.

· Detail oriented and can stay organized in a fast pace environment

· Strategic thinker that will strive to find a solution for every customer when needed

· Attend daily delivery meeting providing updates on all deals.

· Assist Sales Manager is closing deals.

· Any other duties as assigned.

We provide a large private office that’s open and inviting to customers. Excellent computers with duel 32” screens and high-speed printers and scanners. Our DMS system is state of the art CDK LightSpeed, we have DealerTrack, App One, 700 Credit. We have a wide selection of lenders for all credit types.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Educational: High school diploma or the equivalent.

Experience: Minimum Two years’ experience as a Finance Manager or Sales Manager.

Special Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Ability to use personal computer applications including word processing and spreadsheet software. Current valid driver’s license and state sales license.
