McIntyre Endodontics is Hiring a Dental Assistant Near Gastonia, NC

We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the dental team in providing quality oral healthcare to patients. This is a full-time position in a dynamic and patient-focused dental practice.

Duties:

- Assist dentists during procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations
- Take dental x-rays
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments
- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures
- Perform office tasks as needed to maintain efficient operations

Qualifications:

- Completion of an accredited dental assistant program
- Proficiency in dental assisting techniques and procedures
- Strong patient assessment skills
- Understanding infection control protocols
- Ability to maintain aseptic technique during procedures
- Skilled in accurate medical documentation
