McIntosh Trail CSB is Hiring a LPN Near Griffin, GA

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. This position offers an opportunity to work in various healthcare settings, including primary care, occupational health, and more.

Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Perform venipuncture and IV insertion
- Assist with patient assessments and provide basic patient care
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on various health conditions, treatments, and medications
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems such as Cerner, Athenahealth, or Epic
- Assist with minor procedures such as dermal fillers and botulinum toxin treatments

Skills:
- Valid LPN license in [state]
- Experience working with patients of all ages, including children
- Proficient in performing venipuncture and IV insertion
- Knowledge of occupational health practices and procedures
