We are seeking a Sales Executive who will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services. Leveraging your sales expertise, you will identify and acquire new clients, build strong relationships, and contribute to the success of our BPO sales team. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively communicate the value of our BPO solutions and exceed sales targets.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients for our BPO services through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new business.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Understand client needs and pain points to propose tailored BPO solutions
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits and value proposition of our BPO services.
  • Collaborate with the proposal team to develop customized proposals that address client requirements.
  • Present proposals and respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and agreements.
  • Close deals by obtaining client commitments and contracts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities using CRM software.
  • Prepare regular sales reports highlighting achievements, challenges, and future plans.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to the sales team and management on market insights.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Address client concerns and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
  • Other essential duties related to the position to meet the ongoing needs of the company.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5 years of successful experience in BPO sales or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Understanding of BPO processes, technologies, and industry best practices.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.

Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
