Our Electrical contracting company is growing quickly, and we're hiring! We are currently in need of a receptionist to join our team.
We are currently in search of a PART TIME receptionist that is self-motivated and will be responsible for a variety of work that includes but is not limited to: answering multi-line phone, working with customers, vendors, etc. in person and over the phone, take work orders & dispatch work to field personnel, invoicing, statements, filing, typing, proposals, scheduling, working with permits and misc. office duties. We are in need for a candidate who has high attention to detail with excellent organizational skills, strong time management and problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations, as well as excellent with verbal and written communication.
Computer and electronic knowledge is a MUST. Knowledge in 2014 - 2020 QuickBooks, Microsoft Office is PREFERRED but not required.

We understand how important your health and family is, which is why we make it our priority by only working Monday-Friday 7am to 3:30pm. Our day ends earlier than others so that it may give you time to make doctors' appointments without having to miss out on money, but needing time off for these appointments are never an issue! This position will be up to (25) hours a week part time. Days of work will be discussed in the interview as we are flexible with what works for you!
