Seeking a Full-Time Maintenance position to help maintain the daily operations of McGregor Baptist Church and its ministries. Must be able to use and maintain all power equipment used in the maintenance of the facilities, paint interior and exterior walls, replace or repair damaged or broken fixtures, playground equipment, walkways, and other general maintenance tasks. Must be able to maintain and repair light plumbing, electrical, sewer, roof systems, and all other aspects of the facilities.

Electrical proficiency/expertise is preferred.

To perform the job successfully, the applicant should demonstrate the following competencies:

• Must provide a valid Florida driver’s license.
• Able to lift 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds on occasion.
• Sit, squat, kneel, stoop, crouch, and climb.
• Must be comfortable using varying heights of ladders.
• Must be able to work on a 45-foot boom on occasion.
