“A Day in the Life”

As a Regional Inside Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring that the inside sales team effectively represents the company's products or services to clients within their assigned region. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a high-performing team, and achieving revenue targets.

“What You’ll Do”

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive inside sales strategy to achieve and surpass regional sales goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of inside sales professionals, providing guidance and support to drive performance.
  • Set and communicate clear sales targets and quotas for the inside sales team, ensuring they are aligned with overall company objectives.
  • Manage the inside sales pipeline, monitor leads, and ensure the team is working effectively to close deals including negotiation of customer contracts and pricing agreements.
  • Develop and maintain excellent OEM Partnership relationships
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including inbound inquiries, outbound calls, and email campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and they receive excellent service and support including resolution of customer disputes.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management to inform decision-making.
  • Continuously optimize the inside sales process for efficiency and effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Conduct market research to understand regional trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for inside sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
  • Identify and target new clients or business opportunities within the region to expand the customer base.
  • M-F 9:00am – 6:30pm with hybrid potential

“Must Haves”

  • 5-7 years of proven success in inside sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent, negotiation, analytical, and financial skills

“Nice to Haves”

  • Strong understanding of rental and distribution of electronic test and measurement equipment is a plus.

The specific pay rate and level, if applicable, will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications, prior experience and location.
