McGrath Fulton CDJR is Hiring a Finance Assistant Near Fulton, MO
This position aids our Finance department with all aspects of each transaction from start to finish. We are looking for the right person to join our team with the potential to transition from Finance Assistant to Finance Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures accurate purchasing details of all transactions
- Communicate with customers regarding vehicle purchase and title work
- Prepare applicable documents
- Submit lienholder data to state
- Submit credit applications
- Obtain insurance documents
- Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems
- Other duties as assigned
- Data Entry
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Willing to submit a background check
The Ideal Candidate would have the following:
- Strong desire to grow with our company
- Automotive / Dealership experience is a plus
- Dealertrack Experience
- Strong clerical background
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Professional demeanor and work ethic
- Strong attention to detail
