McGinnis Driver Safety Centers is Hiring an Office Personnel Near Albuquerque, NM

Overview:
We are seeking an Office Personnel to join our team. As an Office Personnel, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent administrative support. This position requires proficiency in computerized systems. If you have strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and enjoy working on your own and with others, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to clientele and the team
- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and order entry
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate projects and assist with project coordination tasks
- Assist with customer service inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with office management tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in computerized systems
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Previous experience in administrative or office support roles is preferred
