- Collaborates with HR Team and department managers to build the culture of McElroy.
- Support the recruiting process by assisting with hiring events, job postings, interview scheduling, candidate screening, and employment offers.
- Lead new hire orientation to ensure all new employees are properly onboarded.
- Collaborate with managers to identify and address employee concerns and issues.
- Provide guidance and support to employees.
- Assist with performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
- Assists in coaching, counseling, career development, policy interpretation, and application with leadership and employees.
- Understanding of HRIS system; preferably Paycor.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the analytical ability to solve problems.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft products.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and ability to think creatively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.
- Valid driver license and minimum liability insurance required for mobility between multiple campuses in Tulsa.
