Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Duties: - Manage and lead a team of employees during assigned shifts - Ensure all employees adhere to company policies and procedures - Train new employees on job responsibilities and provide ongoing coaching and development - Monitor food production and quality to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures - Maintain inventory control and order supplies as needed - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner - Collaborate with other managers to develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency Requirements: - Previous experience in team management within the food industry is preferred - Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety protocols - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in cash handling procedures - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays If you are a dedicated individual with a passion for the food industry and have the necessary skills to excel in this role, we would love to hear from you.
