Description:
The role and responsibilities include but not limited to leading and coordinating the implementation of staffing and onboarding plans through sourcing, recruiting, hiring, orientating and retention of talent at franchised owned McDonald’s restaurants. To build strong relationships with staff and management to assure people strategies and initiatives are being executed efficiently. To demonstrate and reinforce leadership behaviors that support Murray Enterprises, Inc.’s Vision, Mission, and Values.
