Find your purpose at CentraCare as a HR Customer Experience Onboarding team member in Human Resources! 

Responsible for greeting & assisting all in person customers at the HR customer service desk to include triage and meeting with new hires. Works in collaboration with HR Recruitment team to ensure successful pre-boarding of new employees. Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate. Supports and demonstrates Family Centered Care principles when interacting with patients and their families and with co-workers.

Schedule:

• Full-time, 80 hours every two weeks
• Monday- Friday
• 8 hour shifts between 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
• This role will work on-site at our South Point location

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Post High School training in office procedures and equipment including computers or equivalent experience
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred
• 1 years experience in Human Resources preferred
