McDivitt Law Firm, P.C. is Hiring an Experienced Workers Compensation Case Manager/Paralegal Near Colorado, CO

We are seeking a candidate to work in our Colorado Springs office. Applicants must have a positive attitude, be responsible, possess the ability to work under pressure, detail-oriented, and be committed to serving our clients and working in the legal field. Your actions and kindness set the tone for the client's experience which ultimately means our success is in your hands.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Monthly case reviews;
Requesting medical records and bills;
In-depth analysis of medical records and bills;
Negotiating lien reductions;
Drafting demands;
Fostering and maintain an excellent rapport with clients through consistent communication;
Corresponding with providers and insurance adjusters.1-2 years Workers Compensation experience required

Job Experience

1-2 years Workers Compensation experience required
Spanish Speaking Preferred
Confidence on the phone
Exceptional communication skills
Energetic, self-starter and team player
Great organization skills and superior customer service
Poise under pressure in a fast-paced office
Other support work as requested.
Must have strong computer skills
Accurate typing speed of 45 wpm required
Spanish Fluency a plus
