Inside Sales Coordinator - Job Description
Reports To: Vice President of Equipment Sales & Rentals

*Job Outline: *We are looking for a highly motivated Heavy Equipment Inside Sales Coordinator. This position will assist with customer transactions by working with internal departments to meet customers' equipment needs in a timely fashion. They will also support efforts of Sales Representatives by preparing quotes and contracts for customers. This position must perform insurance checks on customers; assure availability of equipment and returns. Assure the billing department has all required information to complete appropriate billing procedures including freight, over-hours, and rental due information.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assist salesmen by preparing quotes and contracts for customers in e-Emphasys.
  • RTS to ESA conversions in e-Emphasys.
  • Receive and handle incoming sales calls by creating leads and sending them out to the appropriate salesmen based on territory.
  • Review and update Equipment Listing on a daily basis.
  • Notify accounts payable when new equipment is received.
  • Notify service when equipment is off rent.
  • Obtain, complete, and submit all documentation related to rentals (including Equipment Orders, Bills of Lading, Credit Reviews, Insurance Information and Payment/Billing Information).
  • Maintain frequent communication with the Sales Team to inform them of any unforeseen delays or problems.
  • Maintain frequent communication with Service Department on machine prep documents.
  • Assist management with duties that development a strong sales team that delivers on company goals and reflects its values.
  • Ensure the adequacy of accounts, contacts, and relevant information within our company databases.
  • Assist with Business Intelligence reporting and utilization of our CRM programs.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Experience in an ERP management program.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Effective communication skills (written, oral) and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize duties and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Team player with high level of dedication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
