POSITION OVERVIEW:

The primary purpose of the role is to design and lead the people strategy of large-scale business transformation project(s) - this role will focus on Program Leo initially, and also be a part of setting our organizational HR strategy and approach to organizational transformations. The role will lead the following dimensions of organizational business transformation: organization design and workforce planning, employee relation processes and planning including people care and communications, capability building including hiring strategy and execution, knowledge transfer practices and ways of working analysis and strategy. The role will work in close partnership with the Organizational Effectiveness (OE) team, to ensure fit for purpose change management plans are completed and executed for the project. The role has responsibility for design, execution, monitoring, reporting and stakeholder engagement for their scope. The role incumbent is responsible for bringing together and engaging across multiple stakeholders, teams, and project resources to develop and influence strategy and execution plans for business transformations, and developing and instituting best practices that are repeatable and streamlined.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with business teams to define program/project scope and needed governance - identify and bring together project resources needed to support HR workstream and support the business to do the same in their area
  • Work with business teams to guide them through organization design and workforce planning: Current & Future Start Org Charts, Staffing Plan, Individual Impact Analysis, Implementation & Change plan, Budget 
  • Leverage internal and external resources/network (legal, local HRBP, experts) to recommend and execute appropriate approach on Consultation, Notice, Redeployment, Staffing Plan, Selection Criteria, Severance, Employee Support, Risk Assessment, Budget
  • Work with business teams and ensure global coordination with relevant COEs and HRBP to fully support the project:
    • Redeployment : ensure right approach is in place with local HRBP
    • Recruitment: Partner with Regional TA Heads to lead planning - Appoint dedicated resource or outsource to handle significant incremental volume
    • Leverage GL&D to support employee upskilling and reskilling requirement
    • OE – ensure developed and aligned change management plans
    • HR Operations – develop and align people, process, data and technology requirements
  • Work in partnership with OE team, to ensure fit for purpose Change Management plans are completed and executed for the project.
  • Ensure continuous stakeholder engagement
  • Lead a project team assigned for the project
  • Structure and memorialize playbook and practices for transformations

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field
  • 10 years demonstrated leadership experience in HR or Organizational Development, with experience in large-scale change initiatives
  • International/global experience/knowledge
