This new hire will work at McCormick's global headquarters, located in Hunt Valley, MD. The Senior HR Director will report to a VP of HR.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The primary purpose of the role is to design and lead the people strategy of large-scale business transformation project(s) - this role will focus on Program Leo initially, and also be a part of setting our organizational HR strategy and approach to organizational transformations. The role will lead the following dimensions of organizational business transformation: organization design and workforce planning, employee relation processes and planning including people care and communications, capability building including hiring strategy and execution, knowledge transfer practices and ways of working analysis and strategy. The role will work in close partnership with the Organizational Effectiveness (OE) team, to ensure fit for purpose change management plans are completed and executed for the project. The role has responsibility for design, execution, monitoring, reporting and stakeholder engagement for their scope. The role incumbent is responsible for bringing together and engaging across multiple stakeholders, teams, and project resources to develop and influence strategy and execution plans for business transformations, and developing and instituting best practices that are repeatable and streamlined.
