As a Customer Service Insurance Agent your main responsibility will be to grow a profitable commercial book of business. 

JOB TITLE: Customer Service Insurance Agent
LOCATION: Cincinnati, OH
FULL TIME: Monday to Friday – Possible Saturdays

A SHORT LIST OF YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Grow and maintain relationships with customers after initial sale and throughout their experience at McCluskey
• Gather and analyze information about new clients
• Cross Sell existing clients to help find the right insurance solutions for them
• Assist the annual renewal process for personal policies
• Answer phones, handle billing issues, renewals etc.

• 2 years of successful personal lines sales experience
• P&C Insurance license for OH,
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up
• Excellent communication/people skills
• Confidence and ability to take initiative
• Ability to work independently
