Position Title: Project Manager

We are looking to add a Full-Time Project Manager to our team. This position is an excellent career opportunity for the right individual that desires to make an impact in a privately held, growing company. At MCC, we believe our success stems from each and every Team Member.

The following are general responsibilities for the position:

Responsibilities:

• Participate and complete the New Team Member Training Program (approx. 6 weeks.)
• Create and disseminate overall Project Plan both internally and externally.
• Manage shop drawings for scope specific work.
• Read and interpret contract documents including, but not limited to, plans, specifications, contract scopes, and shop drawings.
• Manage contract documents.
• Create, review, execute, and conform to all client & subcontractor contracts.
• Create and manage RFI’s, submittals, and associated logs.
• Utilize Project Management Software to control project documentation.
• Identify and manage Formwork engineering and design.
• Coordinate and control project communication.
• Establish and run applicable meetings for assigned project(s).
• Schedule creation and coordination as necessary using Microsoft project.
• Project specific cost approvals, tracking, reporting, and forecasting.
• Change order identification, creation, and execution.
• Implement and manage QA/QC Program.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers as necessary.
• Travel throughout the Denver area for site visits as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:

· Degree (or experience) in Engineering, Construction Management, and/or Architecture.

· 3 years of management experience in concrete construction or related field.

· A well-rounded background in structural design.

· AutoCAD or Revit experience preferred.

· Strong work ethic and a desire to work and learn in the construction industry.

· Willingness to have a flexible schedule to meet client needs.

· Working knowledge of worksite safety.

· Must be well-organized, thorough, trustworthy, with excellent verbal and writing skills, and the ability to multitask.

Compensation and Benefits Include:

• Salary Range - $80,000 - $105,000 (DOE).
