McCarthy Auto Group is Hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist Near Olathe, KS
McCarthy Chevrolet- Olathe is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist. We are looking for individuals who want to start or grow their career in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate would enjoy working in a fast paced environment, is very detail oriented and enjoys interacting with employees and customers on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
- Posting internal RO's
- Code and receipt payments
- Process and reconcile statements
- Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks
- Apply for vehicle rebates
- Assist with other office functions
Qualifications:
- Experience using a dealership management system (Reynolds experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team
- Preferred AR/AP experience in automotive dealership
Schedule:
- MONDAY - FRIDAY: 8AM TO 5PM
