Perform accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of the accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

Primary responsibilities:

• Maintain Main Campus DHS billing sheets
• Enter Main Campus DHS billing RA payment in software
• Research outstanding, suspended and unpaid claims
• Cross Train for Community DHS Billing Associate
• Enter client charge backs into software
• Maintain client Copay list
• Maintain client therapeutic leave spreadsheet
• Enter client tuition into software
• Code and Print Weekly A/P checks
• Process monthly ACH Dish & CenterPoint bills
• Process recurring month end and beginning of the month AP checks
• Process grocery receipts

Knowledge of basic office equipment, computer and office procedures. Effective written and verbal communication skills required.
