Description

• Ensures poker players are seated at appropriate tables in a timely manner.
• Maintains a waiting list for all poker tables.
• Provides customer service to poker room players.
• Tracks Players play in any active promotions.
• Hosts guests and answers questions concerning the poker room.
• Responds to complaints, mediates disputes, and provides professional and positive guest interactions.
• Answers questions about game rules and company policies.
• All other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Poker School Certification preferred.
• 1 years of poker experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain the appropriate state occupational license.
• Strong knowledge of poker rules.
• Ability to Explain and operate Poker game play and tournament play.
• Proven customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.
