Firm Administrator
We are seeking a Firm Administrator to assist with planning and organizing the day-to-day operations and information technology of our accounting firm.

Responsibilities
- Managing workflow to ensure client work is received, assigned, and completed timely with minimum staff downtime.
- Overseeing information technology by working with our 3rd party contractor to ensure software and hardware updates and renewals are performed. Assist with troubleshooting software and computer issues.
- Preparation of staff meeting agendas and packets, set up new employees, coordinate subcontractors as needed, and assist with annual renewals of insurance, licenses, and continuing education.
- Billing of services provided by Firm.
- Supervising administrative team.
- Assist with implementing Firm policies and procedures.
- Working closely with partners on problem solving and decision making.
Requirements
- 5 years previous management/administrator role
- Bachelor’s degree in business related field
- In-person office setting
