Job Summary

Member of office support team for HVAC and Plumber field technicians. We provide honest, affordable quality plumbing, heating, air-conditioning repair service and installations.

Located in Hamburg and servicing the Southtowns since 1958.

Work Description

• Billing from paperless work orders
• Open mail, scan and index using Image Quest for paperless records
• Answer phones- 4 lines with others in office
• Schedule service calls
• Verify hours billed out using GPS on service trucks
• Apply check payments to customer accounts
• Enter Accounts Payable
• Other office duties as needed

Skills Required

• Type 40-50 wpm with accuracy
• Dual screens, multiple programs used simultaneously
• QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions-Billing
• Image Quest document management
• Outlook, Word and Excel used daily
• Able to follow instructions, problem solve and follow established procedures
• Proficient in basic math
• Pleasant on phone
• Fast paced office
• Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
