Job Description

• Assist with engineering risk management processes to identify, quantify, and characterize C2BMC risks. Represent MDA/BC position in risk management meetings and activities.
• Maintain familiarity with agency failure review processes and support emergent test and operational issue investigation/resolution such as FRBs (process, coordination, and technical assessments).
• Provide systems engineering, analysis, and technical guidance for C2BMC, MDS Elements, and external capability integration and interface design efforts between MDA/BC, BC contractors, and MDS Elements.
• Provide integrated technical risk assessments for flight test, technical, variance, cyber, and programmatic risks to inform C2BMC participation/performance requirements for flight tests, ETRs, OCB, or Technical Capability Declaration (TCD) decisions.
• Develop and update systems engineering plans, processes, and procedures for C2BMC multi-spiral applications.
• Maintain and update the MDA/BC Chief Engineer Weekly Status Report. Review, assess, and prepare data and information for documents, including risk management plans and internal /external ICD management plans.

Experience Requirements:

• B.S. or B.A.
• Strong personality, self-starter, ability to solve logical problems and present solutions for the customer.
• 7 years of Systems Engineering/Analysis experience in the defense industry (preferably MDA)
• Mastery of basic MS Office Software(Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project) plus Sharepoint
• Experience with Missile Defense Agency and Ballistic Missile Defense System Program Office Preferred.
• Capability to develop and present briefings related to specifications and requirements to peers and senior management-level personnel
• Strong system analysis background, including systems engineering and integration responsibilities at the system or component level.

Candidates must have a Secret Clearance and the ability to obtain a Top Secret.
