Assistant Program Manager
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Program Manager. In this role, you will provide essential support in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various programs/contracts.
•Manage contracts and assist with contract negotiation, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements, and maintaining accurate records of contract documents.
•Monitor contract performance and address any issues that arise during the contract lifecycle.
•Participate in meetings with stakeholders, provide administrative support to the program team, and facilitate communication among team members. Contribute to the development of program policies and procedures, as well as assist in the evaluation of program effectiveness and outcomes.
•Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure program objectives are met.
•Help develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
•Maintain positive client relationships
•Contribute to the creation and maintenance of program policies and procedures.
•Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
•Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to determine staffing needs, drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies on appropriate platforms, screening resumes, and conduct interviews.
•Provide administrative support to the program team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining documentation.
•Assist with onboarding new hires and maintaining recruitment records
Clearance: Secret
Experience/Education:
•Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field
•Previous experience in program management, contract administration, or a related field is preferred
•Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
•Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.
