Our firm is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join a growing team as a trusted recruiting business advisor. This position can sit in most of our US offices, preferably in the East or Central time zones. Our firm offers remote working. PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: · Implement Mazars’ recruiting process, strategy, and business impact. · Consult and partner with the business to define and meet the organization’s near and long-term hiring objectives. · Utilize innovative sourcing solutions that expand, deepen, and enrich diverse talent pools. · Talent acquisition of OSG (internal firm services) talent · Deliver a compelling candidate and new hire experience. · Assist in elevating Mazars’ brand and employee value proposition in a highly competitive marketplace. · Enhance the firm’s recruiting to drive transformative growth, culture, and continuous improvement. · Lead and develop a best-in-class internal recruitment function positioned to support the firm’s growth and evolving talent agenda. · Consistently managing a requisition load of 15-30 positions.
