Maz Ocean Yacht Technology is seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager/Junior Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our range of maritime technology solutions. Job Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Understand clients' needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

New Business Development:

• Identify and target new business opportunities within the maritime industry.
• Prospect and qualify potential clients through research and networking.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay updated on Maz Ocean Yacht Technology's product offerings and industry trends.
• Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to clients.
• Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.

Sales Support:

• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate and timely product delivery.
• Assist with order processing, invoicing, and post-sales support as needed.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities
• Generate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Track and analyze sales performance

Marketing:

• Work with marketing team to develop content for website, and social media
• Maintain organization of in progress and completed work photos

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven sales or account management experience, preferably in the maritime or technology industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in management software, Google Suite, and Quickbooks
• Willingness to travel as required.
