StaffingNow is looking for an organized, reliable Quality Assurance Specialist to join one of the best companies in Jacksonville, FL !

Quality Assurance Specialist - $17 an hour

Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm

40 to 48 hours a week, depending on need

Quality Assurance Specialist Summary:

The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for conducting the products examination and inspection process. Main duties include receiving raw materials, in-process inspections, and final inspections. Ultimately, you will work with a team to ensure final products meet the organization’s standards.

Responsibilities:

• Performs finished parts and product examination and inspections to standards.
• Has knowledge of metric system and capable of using measurement equipment on inspection material.
• Receiving raw materials, In-process inspections, and final inspections.
• Has knowledge and complies with the sampling process.
• Entries documented and tracked in SAP.
• Contributes and assists with process improvement initiatives.
• Assures quality assurance areas are kept in a clean, safe, and orderly manner.

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required
• Prior quality assurance experience
• Attention to detail skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• SAP experience preferred
• Must be able to pass background check and drug test
