The Position Available :

Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal:

The law firm of MayesTelles PLLC, has an immediate opening for an experienced litigation paralegal to handle all aspects of case from pre-litigation to post-litigation. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, drafting correspondence and demands; preparing pleadings, disclosure statements, and discovery requests and responses; scheduling meetings, depositions and hearings; calendaring court dates; assisting in mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation; maintaining communications with clients, attorneys, and third parties; obtaining medical records and outstanding balances; and preparing post-settlement documents.

The successful candidate must possess strong work ethics and excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. The ideal applicant must be able to multitask, problem solve, and work independently and efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This individual must be disciplined, organized, thorough, detail oriented, and dependable.
