We are hiring an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our Mayday Family as an Assistant Store Manager in Jacksonville! Our store supervisor position offers competitive wages, a weekly tip share, health insurance, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, and of course, lots of ice cream!

Operations:
- Assists Regional Manager in overseeing all day-to-day operations of their store
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels of all goods
- Analyze store data and sales trends to achieve sales goals
- Ensures a clean and safe working environment are maintained
- Communicate with Regional Manager daily
- Maintains control of company assets and reports to company accountant when there is a cash control issue
- Sets opening and closing check lists for store employees and maintains accountability
- Ensures customer experience is exceptional
Staff:
- Train and maintain Shift Leads and Scoop Crew members
- Supervise and guide team towards company/store goals and mission
- Attend all-team store meetings

- Is dependable and can be relied on by their team, Regional Manager and upper level management
- Is committed to consistent team training
- Has previous customer service experience

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
