- Outgoing leaders who can provide exceptional guest engagement, product education, and efficient delegation to staff.
- Work side by side with the Store Manager to ensure all operational tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Fluent in retail metrics or goals and understands driving metrics and applying in real time.
- Has strong leadership skills
- Work flexible hours
- Follow loss prevention controls & guidelines
- Can train, delegate, and supervise staff.
- Maintain sales goals
