Maxxis International - USA is seeking an outstanding SAP FICO Analyst to join our Information Systems team in Suwanee, GA. This position will support our Finance and Accounting departments in both the US and Canada and is responsible for maintaining and enhancing ECC 6.0 configuration as well as assisting in future implementations of SAP ECC 6.0 and S4/HANA.  Hybrid work-from-home option and flexible hours available!

Responsibilities

• Daily FICO support for Accounting and Finance departments
• Manage FICO projects and system enhancements
• Create/update SAP FICO configuration as required
• Assist Accounting and Finance departments in gathering business requirements
• Represent FICO on other SAP project teams
• Write complex queries for Accounting and Finance departments as needed
• Conduct team and end-user training
• Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required
• 5 years’ experience with SAP FICO configuration preferred
• 5 years’ experience with Microsoft Access and/or other analytical tools preferred
• 3 years’ experience with other SAP modules preferred
• Experience with ECC 6.0 Classic G/L and the “New” G/L preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in FICO module/subject areas: General Ledger, Treasury, Banking, Costing/Controlling, AR / AP, Fixed Assets, and Profitability Analysis
• Knowledgeable of Materials Management, Sales & Distribution, and Production Planning (preferred)
• Ability to work at least 2 in-office days per week at our Corporate Office in Suwanee, GA

SAP FICO Analysts work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm (flexible schedules available). This role currently works 2 days in the office and 3 days from home, and training and other factors may require a greater presence in the office.
