Automotive Market Specialist

Maxxis International – USA is seeking a dynamic, experienced automotive marketing specialist who possesses a deep understanding of the automotive industry. This individual will play a pivotal role in creating and driving our marketing initiatives, specifically targeting automotive enthusiasts and industry professionals. As an integral member of our team, the automotive marketing specialist will be tasked with enhancing brand visibility, engaging with customers and establishing strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the automotive industry
• Support distributor and dealer programming and develop campaigns and materials
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns, promotions and product launches
• Cultivate relationships with industry influencers, media outlets and automotive publications
• Travel to and represent the company at automotive events, trade shows and race circuits
• Work with the bicycle and specialty departments on cross-promotional and collaborative opportunities
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity
• Manage marketing budgets and track performance metrics
• Stay up-to-date on industry news, technological advancements and emerging trends

Key Competencies

• Deep understanding of the automotive industry, including terminology, key players, market dynamics and industry standards
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability with a results-driven mindset

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field required
• Experience in automotive marketing required
• A minimum of three years in a similar role and proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing and web analytics preferred
