• Implement and maintain all QMS processes and document control to ensure compliance of ISO 9001
• Collaborate with internal departments to develop and implement quality and compliance initiatives
• Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement by evaluating trends and analysis of performance standards
• Prepare and present reports on quality performance to senior management 
• Advise on new regulations in prospective new product domains, ensuring our readiness for future growth and expansion
• Train and coach employees on quality assurance goals and compliance best practices
• Lead all regulatory, third party and customer audits and inspections, and document corrective action processes in accordance with ISO requirements
• Other ISO and compliance responsibilities as business needs require

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a quality or compliance professional
• Experience as an ISO Management Representative; worked with senior management to achieve ISO 9001 certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree in business, quality assurance, manufacturing, or related field of study preferred
• Demonstrated continuous success at implementing and maintaining QMS companywide
• Strong ability to exercise sound judgement and discretion
• Outstanding at working both independently and in a team setting
• Influential and effective at implementing continuous process improvement initiatives across the organization
• Outstanding knowledge in project management, planning, and execution
• Excellent presentation, listening, and communication skills 
• Superior organizational and time-management skills 
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
• Experience working with engineering and manufacturing teams a plus 
• Experience with SQL, FileMaker, or other database management systems a plus
