Maximus is currently looking for a Recruiter at the Phoenix, AZ location. The Recruiter is responsible for full lifecycle recruiting for both non-exempt and exempt level staff. The Recruiter develops strong relationships within the community utilizing numerous techniques including: high volume sourcing, social media platforms, attending job fairs, etc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Scope open positions and determine what a successful candidate will look like for their team. - Proactive in identifying candidates utilizing multiple strategies (online databases, social media, Boolean search, complex internet search, etc.). - Continously grow a pipeline of qualified candidates. - Network to develop and maintain strong working relationships with community organizations and team members to maintain a successful partnership. - Engage in the full lifecycle of recruiting, ensuring both the candidate and hiring team . - Utilize social media to attract candidates for consideration. - Complete daily and weekly reports.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience. -Must have general knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards. - Strong ability to communicate on complex or sensitive issues or drafts such responses for supervisor or manager.
The 6 month time in position rule can be waived for CCO employees under the following circumstances: employees who were in an acting role and have returned to their home base position, employees who are currently in an acting/limited-service role applying to the same role that is RFT, employees who were unable to return to a homebase position at the end of their acting role, or limited-service employees that are unable to secure a lateral or promotional position for continued employment at the end of their limited assignment.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
