Position Details:

Pediatric Patient

·Acuity Level: Gtube

·Location: Tempe (85281)

·Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 3:30p-9p Wednesday 12p-8p (Mid Day Shifts)

About case: Patient is a pediatric male who is needing help 5 days a week. They are 5.5 and 8 hour shifts, the patient has a gtube. This family is a wonderful family to work with.

(We offer training for these skills if you do not have experience!)

Responsibilities:

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care
• Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psycho-social changes in the patient’s condition
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
• Other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned
