Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with pediatric patients 1:1 in their homes!

Qualifications:
Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN/LVN will practice.
Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
Current BLS card
1 year of tracheostomy experience preferred (Changing, cleaning, suctioning).
1 year of ventilator experience preferred.
1 year of g-tube experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed doctors orders
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
