Requirements:

The ideal Candidate will be motivated, Polite, eager and show an outgoing manner when they speak to our customers via incoming and outgoing calls/ communication.

In this rewarding position you will develop relationships with our Government and Agency clients whom will come to rely on you as there point of contact when they need information, or place orders. Other duties will include: processing orders and payments, General Office work as needed by the client or company.

• Training will be provided
• Computer Skills, Word, email, Data Entry
• Ability to communicate - Oral and written
• Customer service / Phone Sales experience a plus
• Proven success building and maintaining our existing account business a plus
• School or Government sales experience is a plus
• General Office skills
• Bilingual a plus (English / Spanish)

In this position, you may be asked to work on other office projects as needed.
