What We Can Offer You:

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Coordinator you will perform administrative, office support, and customer service activities for the Production Department. 

What You'll Do: 

  • Exceed customer expectations by providing MAXimum happiness to all internal and external clients
  • Proactively seek out education on their career and communicate training needs to Operations manager
  • Take and resolve all service calls for jobs more than 30 days from install date
  • Assist dissatisfied customers by routing them to proper department for MAXimum Happiness, and completely resolve issues
  • Produce weekly service reports from Lead Perfection. And Deliver to the Operations manager by close of business on every Friday
  • Schedule subcontractors on an as needed basis.
  • Schedule electrical circuits for all jobs with subs on an as needed basis
  • Assist with plumbing repair calls to ensure the best possible outcome in a timely manner
  • Call all customers who have submitted surveys with less than perfect scores to ensure that any complaints are corrected and that customers are completely satisfied, within 48 hours of receiving the survey
  • Produce weekly reports on outstanding services to be scheduled to ensure proper procedures in field are being followed to ensure customer happiness
  • Provide proactive feedback and suggestions to the company based on customer feedback, issues, and trends in order to help develop and implement systems and processes that will ultimately result in customer happiness and achievement of company goals

  • Order service parts from various vendors as needed

  • Proactive communication to Production Manager about current systems and trends for the development/improvement of current systems and installations

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Exceptional, professional demeanor and communication skills
  • Excellent computer and phone skills with attention to detail
  • Providing customers an amazing experience over the phone
  • Good organization and problem-solving skills
  • Production, construction or remodeling experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and adapting to change
  • Ability to adapt and assist where and when needed to help accomplish departmental objectives
