What We Can Offer You:
As a Customer Service Coordinator you will perform administrative, office support, and customer service activities for the Production Department.
What You'll Do:
Provide proactive feedback and suggestions to the company based on customer feedback, issues, and trends in order to help develop and implement systems and processes that will ultimately result in customer happiness and achievement of company goals
Order service parts from various vendors as needed
Proactive communication to Production Manager about current systems and trends for the development/improvement of current systems and installations
Other duties as assigned
